We discuss your property, your needs and work with the Sequence Property Auction Group to create a free, unique and no-obligation property valuation. We discuss costs involved in auctioning your property, potential value and a reserve price.
If you decide to go ahead with the Auction, there is a listing fee which helps create the marketing details for your property. This covers listing on Rightmove, Zoopla, the MCM website, in the Sequence auction listing online and in their auction brochure.
There is also an auction fee, which will be discussed with you in detail before you sign up.
Throughout, MCM monitor the interest and progress of your property, do all viewings and discuss any bids prior to the auction. If, for any reason, your property does not sell in the first auction, it will be carried into the next auction at no extra cost to you.
Once the hammer is down, your property is sold!

Full Management or find a tenant only
Set up fee: £350 including VAT - contact us about your custom quote.
FULL MANAGEMENT commission between 8% and 11% plus VAT (9.60% and 13.20 % Including VAT)
A further £25 plus VAT (£30 including VAT) annual deposit re-registration fee will also be charged, on the first anniversary of the tenancy and annually thereafter.

Tenants: Our Fees
Below is our quick guide on the fees we charge to rent your home with us. You can also download the full guide to renting with MCM in the Your Guide To Renting section.
Credit Searches: £40 for one applicant, plus £15 for each additional applicant & guarantor. Includes VAT.
Arrangement Fee: £225 per tenancy. This is NOT per person. Includes VAT
Holding Fee: Equivalent to the amount of deposit payable - average deposit paid is £500. Pet deposit £100 per pet (if applicable). No VAT payable.
Rent in Advance: Either one calendar month or four weeks rent. No VAT payable.
Deposit Registration: At the start of the tenancy the holding fee is registered and/or transferred to an approved deposit scheme. No VAT payable.
MCM do not charge renewal or check out fees, as long as the term of the fixed tenancy is honoured.
All fees include VAT at 20%. VAT registration No. 209 0002 65
